Shipping policy

All orders can take up to 10 days to fulfill. This does not include shipping times. If you pay for expedited mail service, this will take effect once your order is fulfilled and dropped off at the post office.

TROOTH Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a status of delivery. If you experience this, we recommend contacting the carrier directly and filing a claim. We are happy to provide as much information as possible for the claim.

 

If your order arrives damaged, please email troothbeauty@gmail.com with photos of the damaged products.

If your package was returned to us because an incorrect address was provided we can either refund you for the items, excluding shipping costs, or for an additional shipping fee, re-ship the products to the correct address.

If you gave the incorrect shipping address and your order has not yet shipped, please contact troothbeauty@gmail.com.
